By registering for and using the WatFlow application, you accept and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and we will notify you of any significant changes.

2. Description of Service

WatFlow provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows businesses to automate workflows, manage bookings, and handle orders via the WhatsApp Business API. The service includes the web dashboard, API access, and any related support services.

3. WhatsApp API Compliance

Because our service relies on the WhatsApp Business API, your use of WatFlow is also subject to Meta's WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Policy. You agree not to use WatFlow to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or restricted content. Violation of these third-party policies may result in immediate suspension of your WatFlow account.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the content of all messages sent through your connected WhatsApp number.

5. Subscription and Billing

WatFlow is a paid service. By subscribing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WatFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
